I've been runnning FirefoxPortable 1.5.0.9 comfortably for a while now up until yesterday evening.
Today, opening firefox through the firefoxportable.exe, on entering a site either manually or bookmarked firefox just closes, no warning or error report.
Installed another FirefoxPortable folder and copied the App and Data folder from the first one into the new folder, started up, had all my passwords and bookmarks and this worked fine.
Any ideas as to why the previous one started crashing?
Going to upgrade to Firefox 2.x soon so I'm not too worried, just wondering.

something on your flashdrive got screwed up or a file got corrupted. But as long as it doesn't happen often or inside the /Data directory, I would just use a fresh install.

I'm using it on a PC, worked fine before I left for work, afterwards it didn't.
Got FF2 running now, hopefully this one keeps up.
