Will a Seagate Pocket Hard Drive and it's cache help w/ lag?

Hi,

I've tried running off of a fast thumb drive, and I am currently using an SD card in an express 34 adapter.
I still get the pause or lag from creating bookmarks.

I was wondering if anyone had used one of these Seagate pocket hard drives.

I'm wondering if the fact that it has 2MB of cache will speed things up?

TIA,

Don't know about all that, but...

I run FFP in a RAM drive, and it flies!!! Beats running it on a HD!

Just mount a RAM drive on the machine you're using and copy FFP to it... Biggrin
