I just updated PA from 11.something to the current version. The apps I had previously installed no longer show up in the menu. Their folders are still there under the PA folder, but apparently PA does not "see" them.
Now what?

What's your folder structure and where are the apps? It should be:
\Start.exe
-\Documents
-\PortableApps
--\FirefoxPortable
--\PidginPortable
--\PortableApps.com
--\etc
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
If I'm reading it right, mine seems to be:
\Start.exe
-\PortableApps
--\Documents
--\FirefoxPortable
--\PidginPortable
--\PortableApps.com
--\etc
After a few reboots and the installation of the latest Windows updates (apparently my system does "Patch Tuesday" on Saturdays this month), PA seems to have "found" the programs that it missed previously.
