writing a nsis script

Can anybody writ a script that includes adding and removing this file.(http://www.mediafire.com/?4yymyrzrn2d) Just leave feilds, like name and that stuff unchanged, please

why dont you get the registry plugin from the NSIS site? its got a NSIS example in with it. its probably got what you need.
