Just a few things I've noticed:
- The <img /> for the RSS button isn't closed
- The front page says "Click here for more" at the bottom, but it isn't a link.
- The PortableApps Menu is missing from the compatibility page

I have a bunch of unclosed IMG tags around. I'll get to em all.
The click here for more was a regression. I had the frontpage cached (plain html file redirected from htaccess) to cut down on site load. Had updated the cached one but not the real one. So, when I turned the cached one off, there it was again.
I added Menu and Backup to the compatibility list. And finally added a link to it from the Apps page.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
