Portable Office 2.1 freezes on restricted accounts

Portable Office 2.1 freezes on restricted accounts

I use Win XP Home with a restricted user account. Office starts and after a few seconds it stops responding and only shows the sandglass.
When started with "run as..." under the administrator account everything is fine.
Any ideas?

2.1 isn't out yet

OpenOffice.org Portable 2.1 hasn't yet been released. If you have a copy, it was most likely packaged by someone else using an older Vista-incompatible launcher. 2.1 is being released on Monday or Tuesday. That version will work on Windows Vista.

It's best to get PortableApps.com apps directly from here as there are some inferior packages floating around.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
