Process Monitor suffers from the same issue listed here:

It's the same publisher - though Process Explorer and AutoRuns were fixed, Process Monitor was neglected. Would appreciate a fix so can update to v3.20.

Process Monitor wasn't updated because it was still using the original download, so there was nothing to update when Process Explorer and Autoruns were updated. It appears that the publisher released a new version of Process Monitor at the same URL but didn't update the version number (which is generally a no no in the software community). I'll post an updated portable version to account for the publisher's unannounced changes shortly. Thanks for the heads up.

Sysinternals have long followed that practice (releasing a new version of a piece of their software at the same URL but not bothering to update the version number I mean) - nothing has really changed in that regards since they have come under Microsoft's umbrella. They are just lazy and/or sloppy.
