cleanup portable and ultimatezip portable

is it possible to make a cleanup portable?
i think its a good program as nearly every computer I go to has junk on it.
also, what about ultimatezip? its a powerful zipping tool that I like.

...I think he is asking for what is already available...

Taneth111 look out for Crap Cleaner Portable and use the PA 7-Zip or a version of WinRar instead of UltimateZip.
