PIMs for portables, KoPi

Lads, just stumbled (again) acros the portable version off KDE Pim suite (http://www.pi-sync.net/) wich has a portable version wich should run from an USB stick. (http://www.pi-sync.net/html/download.html) does anybody have recomendatiosn regarding other PIM software? Or user experience with this suite?

I'll be happy to read about it.

Any PIM that can sync with a PPC? That way I have my two copies of everything instead of 3 which sometimes gets overwritten. I see Essentialpim can, but can the portable version?

yes, well...

essential pim portable pro does seem to connect to my PPC.
At first it did not, but support said: try activesync 3.8, and that does connect.

I can tell it connects because i get errors that are about the data om my ppc, instead of errors about the connection.

anyway: $60 after 30 days.

edit:
i'm stuck behind this error on the moment http://www.essentialpim.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2455&highlight=30319

Pocket PC/Palm Devices

One of the main issues I find with PIMs are integration with Pocket PC and Palm devices. Having the PIM send information and keep synced up with my Pocket PC is a must as I always add contacts to my Outlook database when I'm on the road. Reading and sending offline emails through my Pocket PC is another must....

Why can't you set your pocket outlook to the same server info as outlook, then you can send and recieve without syncing. Of couse that only applies to pda/phone combos.
