I found this cool little program on the net.
Plug in your USB drive, start the program up and change your USB drive letter to anything you want.
This could come in handy with it comes to associating program and icons on your USB drive.

You could also use my App Launcher,
It will assign a system environment variable to the usb drive so you can access it no matter what the drive letter is.
Instead of using U:\path you would use {variable}\path
Just run it from your usb drive.
