I'm looking for JRE 7 update 72 or JRE 7 later version but not JRE 8. Could anyone can provide download url?

but first, the usual warning, older versions of software (Java especially) can/will have security flaws etc etc ... use at your own risk.

You can get older versions of the Java Portable installers from Sourceforge
https://sourceforge.net/projects/portableapps/files/Java%20Portable/

and I believe you will need the *exact* version of Java installer to go with it (and the 64 bit version has it's own Java Portable installer).
