Hi, you have asked in english (I live on the island off the west coast of europe) about what appears to be a german language app for a german market.
I know there are some differences between e-bay USA, UK and (some bits of) Europe, not least local legal issues.
I'm wondering if the German sub-forum wouldn't be a better starting place.
