Rule: only current files to sync / copy - please ?Help?

hello,
I'm start with toucan 3.1
And I have a problem with Toucan, I find no matching examples.
I would like from different directories / drives the files with a specific folder (for example: C:/news) sync or copy, that's simple and I manage itself.

But now the problem in the rules:

I just want to transfer files and synchronize that have been changed in the last 5 days!
I had thought that it works with a rule:
sampel:
"include files / Date /> @date@ -5"
or "exclude files /Date/ <@date@ -5"

but even if I instead of @date@ -5 a fixed date use, all files are copy, ????

How to do that right?
