Only update some apps, not all. I get an error message that say "impossible download file" what is the problem?

Without telling us which of the 300+ apps won't download, we can't actually diagnose it. Most likely, your location is blocked from downloading software from specific servers due to a mandated nationwide block on our server's end (Iran, etc), national firewall used for censorship and citizen control (China, Russia, etc), corporate/university firewall, etc.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
For example, this apps:
- Chrome
- Firefox
- UNetBootIN
- uTorrent
- jPortable
- Maxthon
I'm from Argentina and before I don't have problems, is now... week ago start this problem...

I think the is with Sourceforge, because when I try to download from the link (http://downloads.sourceforge.net/portableapps/jPortable_8_Update_60.paf.exe - example) this take a long time to start download.
