Does anybody know, whether InfraRecorderPortable 0.53.0.0 is able to write on M-discs? My Samsung USB-DVD-Drive has the M-disc Logo!

No idea here. Remember, we don't publish the app, we merely package it. Realistically, it probably works just like a normal drive, so you just need a compatible optical drive and that's it, but double check with the manufacturer's documentation yourself to be sure.
