Why isn't FireFox Portable "History" stored during a backup?

Why isn't FireFox Portable "History" stored during a backup?

Is there any way I can have the Portable Apps Backup feature automatically save/restore browsing "History" from my profile data backups? I have tried searching and there is scant and very confusing info out there on this topic. Can I get a clear and concise answer on this? It is very important to me!

Manual backup and restore history?

If not automatic, what about doing a manual backup and restore of history?
