The windows 8 and now 10 also no longer accept the installation of this program.
Perhaps it portable work.

Sorry No:
a) It's a commercial product;
b) If any program is not compatible with Windows 8 or 10, simply making a portable version of the same program would not make it compatible; and
c) it would be illegal to make a portable version of Image Styler under the terms of Adobe's Software License.
