Problem upgrading Iron Portable

Using the standalone upgrade, installing into the same folder, and it doesn't save anything but bookmarks. No open tabs, no apps, no other settings, etc. Currently have 30, trying to upgrade to the newest. How to back up and replace would work as well. Help?
