How do I move the program from one flashdrive into another
I want to do this without losing my currently installed apps as my internet is very slow

All you have to do is copy the PortableApps.com folder to a new drive. All of your settings will be intact. If you want to keep your documents and such you should copy those folders over too.

Close. In order to move the platform, including your apps, move both Start.exe and the PortableApps folder.
With that said, I recommend copying everything as below:
X:\Documents
X:\PortableApps
X:\Start.exe
to
Y:\Documents
Y:\PortableApps
Y:\Start.exe
