Our code and packaging is unchanged from multiple versions except for a single check to ensure multiple copies aren't running at the same time which can't affect SeaMonkey at runtime.

First try a fresh install to see if it's your settings. Then try a local install to see if it's the app.
Mozilla doesn't maintain or support SeaMonkey. It's community maintained.
