LibreOffice 5.0.2.2 Portable - Printing Issues

Hello,

I created some documents for my Karate School.
Here I used Writer and Calc.
These documents have a logo (image) on the top right corner and also on the top left corner.

In the past I did not have any problems printing these documents.
Since the update the images are not printed (I did not modify the documents).
Instead of the images there is a text where many characters are printed over each other, so I can not read it.

So I printed my document via the "Microsoft Print to PDF" printer.
Now I am able to copy the text into the clipboard.
The text is: ^ a b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t - ./ 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 :; ? @

What is wrong here?
What can I do so the documents are printed correctly.

App Itself

For something like this, you should temporarily install locally and see if it happens with the standard version. It most likely does, which isn't something we can assist with as it is an issue with the base app. If it works locally but not portably doing the exact same thing, then that's a packaging issue we need to address (possibly a file that doesn't like being compressed). Remember, we just make these apps portable. We don't publish or support the app features and bugs themselves.

I just downloaded and installed LibreOffice Portable Still 4.4.5 and here everything works perfectly!
I can print my files with the logo.

But I want to help you finding the problem.
Did I mention that I really LOVE PortableApps and the work you are doing here?

So I downloaded Libre Office 5.0.2.2 and installed in Windows 10 (running in VirtualBox).
Before installing I reseted Windows 10 (took me 2 hours).
I opened the same document and printed it via the the "Microsoft Print to PDF" printer.
The PDF has images!

Then I opened LibreOffice Portable 5.0.2.2 on my PC and opened the same document.
After printing it with the "Microsoft Print to PDF" printer the logos are still missing!

So the problem only occurs in the portable version of Libre Office!
It could be a printer-driver issue, but it works in LibreOffice Portable Still 4.4.5.
So I guess it is a packaging problem.

John, is there anything I can help you with?
Do you want the LibreOffice file so you can reproduce the problem?

Same Environment

Please try a fresh copy of LibreOffice Portable 5.0.2 with no settings changes inside the same Windows 10 VM to ensure an apples to apples comparison to rule out any issues with your settings in LO or your own PC.

Here two other users have the same problem!
One user wrote that it is working with 4.4.5.2 but not in 5.0.2.
Then he un-installed 5.0.2 and installed 4.4.5.2 -> it works
Then he un-installed 4.4.5.2 and installed 5.0.2 -> same problems while printing
He is using the normal installation, not the portable version.

So I think it is a problem of LibreOffice and not of your packaging!

By the way: I subscribed to this topic but I don't get email notifications.
Is this a known problem?

Still printiing problems with

Still printiing problems with the new 5.0.3 version while the version from 'LibreOfficePortable Still' works correctly.

It is definitley a problem of LibreOffice itself.
