Google Chrome Portable can NOT load head snapshot in Developer Tools's Profiles pane

press F12 to open the dev tools, then goto Profiles tab, right click and select `Load` in the Profiles pane, nothing happens. It should open a file-select dialog normally. please check it and help, thanks
