You can't embed fonts directly into a DOC file. They're not designed for that. You can carry fonts with your with the PortableApps.com Platform and use them with LibreOffice and your other apps. If you don't use the platform, you can carry them within LibreOffice Portable itself within the LibreOfficePortable\Data\fonts folder.
To distribute a document with an exact look, export it to PDF. Any recipients will see what you see font-wise.
