Firefox stable fresh install won't access the web:

Someone is MITM attacking your HTTPS connections.
It could be a virus, terrible AV software, corporate firewall that intercepts HTTPS connections or anything. In any case someone is spying on your connection.
If you show us the certificate youre getting we could perhaps pinpoint who/what is attacking your connection.
