[Fixed] Platform not recognising Wise Registry Cleaner update

PA's Wise Registry Cleaner is at 8.81. I have 8.72.559 on Win 8.1 and Win XP but the platform doesn't think they need updating.

The database didn't have the updated entry for that app. It's been fixed.
