Portableapps.comInstaller contains MakeHeader.exe in its \App\bin subdirectory.
What is it? What is it used for by Portableapps.comInstaller?
Where can I find its or its author's official website (if any) and source code?
Could not find it on portableapps.com forums and cound not successfully google for it...

All it does is convert a PNG to a BMP for use in the header of the resulting installer since NSIS supports BMP but not PNG. Hence the name MakeHeader.exe. The source hasn't been updated in a long time and is only in older packs of the installer on SF. To make it easier to find, I added it here:
