Extreme Tux Racer for "Apple ios" And "Android" and "windows x86/x64" ?

Did it have been made or can be made for "ios" and/or "Android".

P.S. inside apple ios 9.2, "Tux Racer" and "Tux Skiing 3D" dont work.
