If you're referring to Firefox, it's on the support page here: https://portableapps.com/support/firefox_portable#32and64
It won't matter long for Firefox as plugins are going away by the end of 2016.
For other apps, you'll need to find a 64-bit plugin at present. If there's a specific need for a specific app, we can address that individually.

It was about Firefox, but I worded it generically because we don't know what other compatibility issues users will encounter with an enforcement of the 64-bit version.
