I encountered what is at least a GUI bug in the PortableApps Platform while installing a bunch of PortableApps.
I selected about a half-dozen PortableApps to download and install from the PA Platform. While downloading, the Platform indicated that one of the apps, which was only about 100MB in size, was going to take close to an hour to download. I clicked "Cancel" for that app, and allowed the others to download and install.
After the remaining apps were downloaded and installed, the Platform issued a warning box (yellow exclamation point) with the title "PortableApps.com Pl..." (truncated like that) and no text at all within the box. As such, I don't know what the warning box was supposed to say.
By the way, do you think that installation is now corrupt, or is everything fine?
Portable Apps Platform was unable to install all apps requested please try again is basically what message said, who is the screen resolution on the machine set to?
