Hope Pidgin Portable to upgrade :
Pidgin Portable latest version,when install ,please include plugins:Pidgin-Encryption , Pidgin-OTR ,QQ (libqq-pidgin,need support QQ International 2.11,full function) ,Skype(latest) ,TorChat ,Pidgin-GPG ,IRC Format ,AIM International(http://wangwang.1688.com/),WeChat International(weixin.qq.com/download),and so on!
So I could use it to instead of Skype portable and QQ International portable,maybe all in one in China or Globle.
The same is Miranda IM Portable.

You can Add OTR, Pidgin-Encryption and others yourself. We even make it easy with installers on the Pidgin Portable homepage. The Skype plugin is basically dead. I think the QQ plugins were abandoned a while back. It's difficult to tell as it's basically Chinese-only.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
