I have Firefox, Chrome and Thunderbird running, is there a way to automatically get them checked and updated by portableapps?

Where do I get the PA Menu so I can see and get those 3 apps updated?

I installed the PA Menu, but it doesn't find or allow me to point to the already installed Firefox, Chrome and Thunderbird.
How I tell PA Menu where they are located?
Move the FirefoxPortable directory into the PortableApps directory. Same for the others. The platform will then find it automatically.

Do you have the PA versions of those apps or are you talking about installed software on your computer? Because PA only auto-updates programs that are in the PA format.
