"Error: Invalid or corrupt jarfile F:\PortableApps\CommonFiles\Java\bin\javaw.exe

if the right file is javaw.exe (as I saw here: https://portableapps.com/node/19920), why does JPortable Launcher open a JAR file? there's not any JAR file in the folder
