SWI Prolog - swipl-win.exe issues a false positive in Symantec

First time poster, long time fan of PortableApps. I created an account just to ask about this. Smile

I had some expalaining to do when Symantec issued a false positive for swipl-win.exe, SWI Prolog's portable package bundled into PortableApps.

It's all resolved at this point, but I wanted to make a post to share what happened and to see if anyone else has had their A/V issue a false positive for SWI Prolog or any other apps.

Report It

You'll need to report it to Symantec. If you already did and they fixed their bug, you're all set. There's not much reason to report issues like this with individual antiviruses. Symantec has issues like this with all kinds of software regularly.
