My AV program claims that smartdb-ntfs.zip is a compression bomb. This came to my desktop via one of the *.paf.exe files. I am not sure of which one.

I'm unfamiliar with the file but it appears to be related to BitDefender, which we do not distribute. Note that PAF apps from third party sites are unaffiliated with us. Most other PAF collections on other sites are made illegally and with modified utilities. What path was it located in? That will tell you where it came from.
