GPG Plugin Uninstall

How does one remove this portable app/plugin?
I am unable to figure out how to do this.

Do you mean for GPG 2.0.29 Plugin Portable, https://portableapps.com/apps/security/gpg-plugin-portable ?

Since it is not run directly, it is not exposed in the platform.

It is located in the CommonFiles sub-folder. Just delete the GPG directory.
