I can confirm it crashes in ESR. You can use Firefox stable or just not visit that page in ESR. I'd suggest switching to stable.
Firefox 38.x is now 9 months old and dropped off of the stable channel 6 months ago. That's when most public websites stopped testing against Firefox 38. ESR is designed for corporations and universities to standardize on a specific version of Firefox to test internal web apps with. Most public websites will not test against Firefox ESR, only with Firefox stable. Firefox ESR is not intended for use by regular end users.
