[REQUEST] Avira-Scout Browser Portable

Hello,

can anyone create me a working Portable App from the Avira-Scout Browser? I want a Portable Secure Browser which is fully working portable, so i can use the USB Version on all my PC's, including Updates, Bookmarks, Addons and so on.

No. A new browser requires an argument

No. A new browser requires an argument not a request.

You must say why it is better, safer, etc and show it
