Its ridiculous that we have to keep clicking agree when we are trying to make a USB out all the apps. Can you please make it automated so we don't have to click agree when installing the apps onto a USB?

You should only be presented each license for each app that requires them one time. And only about a dozen apps require you to agree to the license. Is that not what you're seeing?
We're partially done with an update to allow the updater to display all licenses in the beginning of the install process.
