Just recently transmission has became available for windows.
Main 2 features that not in regular bit torrent client:
1. lightway
2. has good encryption.

Transmission-Qt is not the same as original Transmission.
Transmission-QT is an old fork no one develop anymore, and now we have the original Transmission.
It an open source and free.
Transmission-Qt Portable will likely switch to be the main Transmission builds but only once they're released as stable. They're just test builds right now.
