Convert an already portable Xming + PuTTY package into PAL format

Other: I have been trying to change the directories myself using the PAL template, but the PAL keeps telling me that I'm missing the "Custom.nsh" and "Debug.nsh" files. I'm still uncertain about what I put in these files. I would appreciate any help.
