As far as I can tell, the Portable version of Thunderbird had been updated to match the local version a few days prior to your post (the day after the local version was updated), so the PortableApps.com Updater should have detected your outdated installation as such, and offered to update it, unless you have your installation of Thunderbird Portable in a nonstandard location, or perhaps if you were expecting it to pop up and offer the update when you started the menu, but the settings on your installation of the PortableApps.com Platform are set so that it doesn't check for updates on startup.
Note for future reference, that if there is an official PortableApps.com App where the local version has been updated, but the Portable version has not, you can find out if it's already known, by checking the "Outdated Official Portable Applications" thread at PortableApps.com/Development/Outdated, which is also accessible from the "Development" link which is at the top of every page here at PortableApps.com, and post a comment there if it isn't already on the list.

I meant that in the main page of PortableApps, I realized that a new version of Thunderbird had been released a few days ago, but my PortableApps Updater didn't detect it, even if I forced it. But today, It just detected it and has updated it. Its fixed, and all works ok again..
Thank you for you answer.
(Sorry for my english)
There was a typo in the updater database that caused users of Thunderbird Portable 38.7.0 to not be updated to 38.7.1. I corrected it yesterday before hopping on a plane but didn't have time to update this page.
