Development Test already available: Krita Portable
I don't know how to add that to the portable app
There is a button in the top menu on this site, called Support. Follow the third link "Adding PortableApps.com Format Apps to the PortableApps.com Menu" to get useful information on that.
In short:
Download KritaPortable Development Test (.paf.exe), in the PA.c Menu "Options=>Add an new app", find the downloaded file (*.paf.exe); install et voilà...
