I wasn't sure how serious the LibClamAV error was. I did not get that when using 0.88.7.
Any ideas?
Thanks.

I have experienced the exact same thing.

But I googled and some linux users have the same issue, so other people have it too.

I have the same error. Question is: is Clamwin functioning OK or not if I run it?
Ron D.
i check the report, there no problem in it.

Try copying the INI file from Other\ClamWinPortableSource to the ClamWinPortable directory and see if that makes any difference. If it does, then it looks like the updater doesn't support relative paths anymore (which kills Live mode). If it doesn't, then me thinks there is an issue with ClamAV (since Linux users are also reporting this).
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
John,
Copying the INI file from Other\ClamWinPortableSource to the ClamWinPortable directory seems to stop the error. No idea what other effects it might have.

i tried to add the ini file to the clamwinportable directory, but it doesn't fix it? can you explain the exact locations, which folder in the clamwinportable?
a human never fails but stop trying...
the "ClamWinPortable.ini" from
/PortableApps/ClamWinPortable/Other/ClamWinPortableSource
to
/PortableApps/ClamWinPortable/
That should work.

Hello Simeon
Thank you for the information it worked for me as well. May I ask is this a mistake with the installation of the portable version or is it a problem with ClamAV.

As John said here, its either Clamwin dropping relative path support or something else. I googled around and Linux users had the same issue.
