OperaPortable.ini and Flash plugins path

Hi Everibody; I don't know where I have to put the Flash plugins in OperaPortable.
I have to edit OperaPortable.ini to run FlashPlayer, cause IT IS NOT SUPPORTED in OperaPortable.
(The question is simple: why don't you find FlashPlayer if you find Java?)
