In Mozilla Firefox portable where are the addons ( specifically NoScript) installed? Are they installed in the same directory where Firefox is installed( in my case Firefox is installed on D: drive) or are they installed on the main C: drive?

If you are looking for the extension .xpi files, they are in FirefoxPortable\Data\profile\extensions
Your profile for Firefox Portable is located within FirefoxPortable\Data\profile. All extension data is relative to that in the same layout as when in APPDATA\Firefox\... etc
