[Fixed] Telegram leaves Start Menu shortcut

After launching Telegram it has left a shortcut in the programs menu on Windows 10.

Running it from portable HD

Telegram Bug

As this is a bug within Telegram itself, it's been reported to the Telegram team: https://github.com/telegramdesktop/tdesktop/issues/2066

Fixed in 0.9.56

I added the ability for the launcher to backup/restore and existing one and remove this on exit.-

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
