Remove PortableApps.com Overlay

Hello all,

Is there a way to remove the PortableApps.com menu overlay? Clarification: the title bar at the top of the portable apps menu. I have found how to edit the background and icons, however in my search of the portable app package and the forum noone seems to have done this. Let me know if it is possible.

can do it if you re-compile it as it's just an image.
