I have PA running on two computers in my office. I usually have Thunderbird open on both them. If I were to put PA on OneDrive (which is installed on both computers), would OneDrive's file syncing of the PA folders get "confused" with Thunderbird's email syncing with my email service? Would one take precedence over the other or would they collide and cause corruption? I'm wondering the same thing about Firefox and Chrome's bookmark and password syncing (which I do via XMarks)
Nothing directly to do with PortableApps, but it is almost inevitable, no matter what your setup that, if you use multiple cloud services to synchronise the same data files at the same time between multiple computers that you are likely to encounter data conflict problems; i.e. you are almost certain to reach a situation in which at least one of the local data files and one of the cloud copies have both been amended prior to a data update because the sequence in which the cloud services do their business cannot easily be controlled externally. Also, what happens when you've carried out some updates on one computer, but one of your cloud services is temporarily inaccessible, or if/when you shut down one of your systems, or it has a software failure and some, but not all, cloud synchronisation action is completed? Amend something critical on the other computer, sync to the cloud before you have the first computer up and running again and.......
Your best bet is to allow your drive sync (One Drive, Dropbox, etc) finish before you start your apps.
