password pop accounts

I just started trying Thunderbird Portable out
I notice its missing where to put ones password to pull down mail from there pop account
Where do you add or place password in the account settings?

If you have set up your account, try downloading the new messages. It will automatically ask for your POP password. If you want, you can save the password by enabling the "save password" box in the same window you type in your password. If you do so, you should set a master password to encrypt your POP password.
