Subfolders don't appear in subscribe dialogue box

I have an online Office365 email account that I added to TBP using IMAP protocol. It has mostly been working fine. However, I've now run into an issue where email subfolders I've created through the online/web client do not appear within the TBP Subscribe dialogue. I've tried clicking the Refresh button on that window, but the subfolders still do not appear. Note that these are second level subfolders under the main account (i.e. My_Account\Folder\Level_1_Subfolder\Level_2_Subfolder), if that has any bearing.

Provider or Thunderbird

I've seen this happen where certain folders have to be set as available at the provider level. I don't use Office365 so can't speak to it specifically, though. If you can see the folders in another email client via IMAP, then it would be something you'd need to troubleshoot at the TB level. If you can't see the folders in another email client via IMAP, then it's at the provider level. Note that this isn't a portable-specific issue, so it's a bit outside our wheelhouse.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
